A playful little mouse finds a ‘just right’ house, but very soon discovers it is also home to all kinds of other creatures. The plucky little mouse isn’t frightened by the scary bear, crocodile or tiger he finds inside, instead enlisting them all to help him unpack and set up home. The problem is, it’s a very tight squeeze.

Mouse’s bravery and a chance discovery results in a solution to suit them all, revealed in a very fun pop-out page sure to delight readers over and over.

Full of onomatopoeia, rhythm, rhyme, alliteration and playful language, Squish Squash Squeeze has all the ingredients for a read-aloud romp for the preschool set. The use of repetition, fun dialogue and action packed scenes, as well as a go-getting, adorable protagonist complete the recipe for picture book success.
