The Power
of Positive Pranking

It’s school
assembly time and suddenly an alarm clock rings. Moments later another from a
different direction in the audience, then another. The aim of this prank is to
alert students and teachers to saving the planet.
The saboteurs are three
children who, calling themselves the Green Peas, have a manifesto aimed at
staying off the grid and taking every opportunity to make a difference to the world. Their
aim is to go for maximum exposure and maximum effect while remaining under the
radar. When something is wrong, they believe, then they should act.
Using
humour, Amoore brings originality -- think a stampede of fluffy guinea pigs and more -- to her idea of a kid’s own adventure. Readers
aged 8 to 12 years are sure to enjoy this book.
Amoore is the author of Secrets
of a Schoolyard Millionaire (Puffin) was favourably reviewed previously in www.buzzwordsmagazine.com and has been a runaway bestseller.
