Eva Amores and Matt Cosgrove have collaborated to create a wild whirl through one very wacky Wednesday. Surprises at every page turn will keep kids aged eight to twelve on the edge of their seats, while humour fuels the fire of nonstop action. The text is cleverly broken up into bite-sized bits and boxes, which will encourage reluctant readers to dive head-first into the dynamic adventure.
Lively and ludicrous, Matt’s black-and-white cartoons complement the energy of the text perfectly and often add another layer of levity to the story. Young readers will spend hours absorbing all of the amusing details and laughing out loud at the bounty of side-splitting speech bubbles that pop out from the images.
